I led the 15-person cross-functional team that builds NOVA Suite, within the AI Factory at Devoteam.

Nova Evals · FORGE benchmarks every release and runs regression tests, so each evaluation feeds back into context and behaviour.
What it does in practice
Product work
Drafts PRDs, backlogs, OKRs and sprint plans from versioned product skills.
Engineering runs
Turns an intent or an issue into a plan, code, tests and a pull request. A human validates the plan and the merge.
Routines
Runs recurring work on a schedule, such as a weekly product brief, and drops the result in the inbox.
Voice
A hands-free mode, with speech recognition and voice by ElevenLabs. Confidential answers are never read aloud.
